Onwin Account Verification
Onwin asks for KYC when a player reaches a withdrawal step that triggers review, when the account details do not match the payment method, or when the operator needs to confirm age and ownership. The check is tied to withdrawals, so deposits can go through first, but cashing out stays on hold until the documents are approved.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Onwin asks for a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show the full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. Blurred images, cropped edges, or expired documents are rejected.
- Address proof: The site requests a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter with the playerβs name and residential address. The document should be dated within the last three months. Screenshots and mobile app statements are usually not accepted if they hide the issuing bank or address line.
- Payment method: If the payout goes back to a bank card or e-wallet, Onwin may ask for proof of ownership. For a card, the front side with the first and last digits visible is enough; the CVV must stay hidden. For a bank transfer or wallet, the operator may request a statement or account page showing the holderβs name and the payment details.
Verification normally takes 24 to 48 hours after the full set of files is uploaded. If the images are incomplete or the name on the payment method does not match the account name, the process takes longer because Onwin sends the case back for a new upload.
